We get it — sometimes a pair just isn’t quite right. If that happens, you can organise a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery using our online returns portal here.

Exchanges are completely free, whether you need a different size, colour, or style. If you’d prefer a refund instead, that’s fine too you’ll just need to cover the return postage.

To be eligible, your shoes need to be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any final sale or non-returnable items will always be clearly marked on the product page, so there are no surprises.
