Can I return worn footwear?Updated 2 months ago

We ask that shoes are returned in new condition — unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Once shoes have been worn outside or show visible signs of wear, we’re unable to accept them for return or exchange.

If you’ve only tried them on indoors and realised the size or fit isn’t quite right, that’s perfectly fine they’re still eligible for a free exchange within 30 days of delivery.
