Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes — it includes your order number, summary, and payment details. If you can’t see it straight away, check your junk or promotions folder, as it can sometimes land there by mistake.

If you still haven’t received it after 15 minutes, your email address may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Connect with our Sécra Care Team at [email protected] with your full name and order details, and we’ll resend your confirmation so you have everything on hand.

When your order is dispatched, you’ll also receive a separate shipping email with your tracking link, so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.
