When will my order be dispatched?Updated 2 months ago

We know waiting for your order can feel like the hardest part, so we do our best to send every pair out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm AEDT are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, VIC and operates Monday to Friday so if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it’ll be packed and sent at the start of the new week.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
