We know plans can change and we’ll always do our best to help. If you contact us before your order is processed by our warehouse, there’s a good chance we can update or cancel it for you.
Our team works quickly to get every order dispatched, so changes aren’t always possible once it’s been packed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can either place a new order for the correct size or colour, or wait for delivery and request a free exchange through our returns portal.
